Can I walk-in or do I need a reservation?

We love walk-ins, however, if you make a reservation, we can guarantee  that you will be treated on time. As you can imagine, we’re very  popular, so sometimes there are no times free for casual walk-ins.

Facials, Mani, Pedi, Waxing, Makeup, Lash Tint, & Brow Tint will be available for walk-ins... first come first serve!      

Oops! I'm running late!, Will you still take me?

We have a 10-minute late policy. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a *no-show and we may have to  reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

Tell me about your late policy?

We pride ourselves on running on time. And we know there may be times when guests are running late. That's why we have our late policy. We do this so our Aestheticians, Nail Techs & Massage Therapists can stay on schedule while offering a luxurious experience. Cancellations/No Show

When  you need to make changes or reschedule your services, we appreciate up  to 24 hours notice.  In order to book an appointment, a credit card is  required.  If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be  charged in full.  If you no show, you will be charged in full. Due to  the size of our facility and personalized service, cancellations and no  shows greatly affect us.  We appreciate your understanding and  consideration.   

Gift Cards and Cancellations/No Show

When you call to schedule your appointment your gift card number is required at time of booking to hold the date & time... If you do not cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy - more than 2 times or you do not show for your appointment your gift card will be reduced by $10.  Due to  the size of our facility and personalized service, cancellations and no shows greatly affect us. We appreciate your understanding and  consideration. 

Gift card use and refund policy

Gift  cards must be presented at the time of service for redemption.   Gift  cards are not debit or credit cards and have no implied warranties.  Derma Glow Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or  unauthorized use. Gift cards are final sale items and therefore cannot  be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.  Cards expire after 1  year.  

Boutique Policy

Handbags,  Jewelry, Accessories & Clothing are final sale.  If merchandise is  damaged & not used you have 7 days to return for store credit only, no cash or credit card refund.  A gift card will be issued.  Merchandise will be inspected upon day of return to verify product has not been used. 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of individual services or gift card.
