Please make sure you call us to cancel at least 12 - 4 hours prior to your appointment. We are temporarily suspending our 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment or no-show, we will charge you for your appointment as per our late cancellation/no-show policy.
We love walk-ins, however, if you make a reservation, we can guarantee that you will be treated on time. As you can imagine, we’re very popular, so sometimes there are no times free for casual walk-ins.
We pride ourselves on running on time. And we know there may be times when guests are running late. That's why we have our late policy. We do this so our Aestheticians, Nail Techs & RN can stay on schedule while offering a luxurious experience. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, at the 10-minute mark, you will be marked as a *no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

Your Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of service for redemption. Gift Certificates are not debit or credit cards and have no implied warranties. Derma Glow Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates or unauthorized use. Gift certificates are final sale items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds. * We are not offering Gift Certificates for Massage Therapy at this time (10/2018). If one is issued online you will not be able to use towards massage but, you may use towards other services or products - no refunds will be given.

When you call to schedule your appointment your gift certificate number is required at time of booking to hold the date & time... If you do not cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy - more than 2 times or you do not show for your appointment your gift card will be reduced by $10. Handbags, Jewelry, Accessories & Clothing are final sale. If merchandise is damaged & not used you have 7 days to return for store credit only, no cash or credit card refund. A gift card will be issued. Merchandise will be inspected upon day of return to verify product has not been used.
